Light dessert, hell yeah!
A couple of weeks ago I started training. Thanks to a little discipline, I already see results. But today, when I lie here on the couch and stare at the TV show “What’s for dinner”, I feel that something is missing.
Fortunately, it does not take much for cravings to be dampened when I feel the urge. Maybe it’s just me who is easy to satisfy, but I have taken a beautiful elongated glass, filled it with vanilla yogurt and topped it with some fresh berries (and just a pinch of sugar). It tastes fabulous. The spoon I eat with has a long handle and a small head. Feels like the dessert lasts a long time.
